By accessing or using Pathfinder EduTech ("we", "us", "the Service") at pathfinderedutech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pathfinder EduTech provides AI-powered career and education-loan planning, including:

• Course, university, and career recommendations
• Education loan EMI estimates and lender suggestions
• Scholarship suggestions
• A downloadable PDF report

All recommendations are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or admissions advice.

You agree to provide accurate information including your name, phone number, marks, and preferences. You are responsible for verifying any university, scholarship, or loan information independently before making decisions.

The Service charges a one-time fee of ₹100 (inclusive of taxes) per report. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By paying, you authorise us to charge the amount and generate your personalised report.

All content, branding, AI models, and report templates are the property of Pathfinder EduTech. You may use the generated report for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the Service. Loan rates, tuition fees, scholarships, and admissions criteria change frequently — always verify with the institution or lender directly. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (₹100).

We use Razorpay for payments, Supabase for data storage, and AI providers (Google Gemini, Perplexity) for content generation. Their respective terms apply.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms without notice or refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, State].

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
