Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pathfinder EduTech sells a digital, instantly-delivered AI-generated personalised career and education loan report for a one-time fee of ₹100.

Because the report is generated and delivered the moment your payment is verified, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

You may cancel your purchase only before completing payment. Once payment is processed and the report is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

If our system fails to generate your report after a successful payment (verified via Razorpay), email us within 48 hours at connect@pathfinderedutech.com with your payment ID. We will either:

• Re-generate your report at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

In the rare case of a duplicate charge for the same lead ID, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after verification. Email us with both payment IDs.

We encourage you to contact us first at connect@pathfinderedutech.com before raising a chargeback. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking) via Razorpay. Processing time is 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
